As for buying another car from them, I would only do it if I didn't have to go through their finance department. GREAT job Kate! The only thing I had an issue with was this car is a 2013 and had 8,000 miles and because I was financing they wouldn't do certified preowned even though it had the flag in the windows and papers in the car for certified preowned. Purchasing 2 used cars I first contact Citrus Kia online and got a prompt return call from John Keegan, who promised to do all that he could to arrange a good used car purch I first contact Citrus Kia online and got a prompt return call from John Keegan, who promised to do all that he could to arrange a good used car purchase for my daughter. She needed a reliable used car that she could afford gas for and which would still be able to serve her as transportation for a few years in what he considered a very low price range! But he did it! We bought a low mileage vehicle that was recommended by Consumer Reports at a price she could afford. Unfortunately she totaled it 2 days later trying to avoid hitting an animal on a country road & spinning into a ditch. It was an awful experience, but luckily she was alone and not badly hurt. One week after the accident, we purchased another car from John Keegan that also represented a good reliable vehicle with relatively low mileage which God-willing will provide affordable transportation for years to come. I can not commend John Keegan and Citrus Kia enough! We have many dealerships nearby, but we thought we got such remarkable help from them that there was not much reason to go elsewhere. Of course, we had done research on the internet as to what was available and we feel that the prices at Citrus Kia were as good as or better than others in this county, and they have provided excellent service. So buying 2 cars from John Keegan and Citrus Kia in a 10 day period is quite an endorsement!! More

Adam searched until he found us a good interest rate and payments were within what we wanted to pay. Joe is an awesome vehicle instructor. Before I left he had shown me what every button on the dash panel was and how it worked. My phone was programmed in, UVO was programmed. All I had to do was drive it off the lot. Everyone at Citrus Kia was great. I would advise everyone to go to Citrus Kia for the best car buying experience they will ever have. More
