Happy Again! This was my second Soul purchased from Citrus Kia. I was very happy with my first experience 5 and half years ago and even more pleased this time. All personnel that I dealt with were exceedingly friendly and seemed to genuinely be concerned with my satisfaction. Over the years I have felt as part of their extended family. It is not always easy to say "I trust my car dealership", but with Citrus Kia and their employees that I know, I feel comfortable making this statement. MOM'S NEW CAR WHEN WE PULLED UP IN FRONT OF THE BUILDING DAN APPROACHED US IMMEDIATELY WITH A SMILE AND WELCOMED US TO KIA. MOM TOLD DAN WHAT SHE WANTED AND HE PRO WHEN WE PULLED UP IN FRONT OF THE BUILDING DAN APPROACHED US IMMEDIATELY WITH A SMILE AND WELCOMED US TO KIA. MOM TOLD DAN WHAT SHE WANTED AND HE PROCEDED TO SHOW US SOME CARS. DAN WAS GREAT, MOM WAS EXTREMELY SPECIFIC AS TO WHAT SHE WANTED IN A VEHICLE RIGHT DOWN TO THE COLOR. DAN KEPT ON LOOKING UNTIL HE FOUND THE RIGHT ONE FOR MOM. WHEN MOM EXPRESSED CONCERN THAT THE HEIGHT OF THE HATCHBACK WOULD BE A PROBLEM DAN AND STEVE CAME UP WITH A SOLUTION IMMEDIATELY. THEN WHEN MOM EXPRESSED CONCERN ABOUT NOT HAVING A SPARE TIRE DAN AND STEVE IMMEDIATELY SAID THAT ONE WOULD BE PROVIDED. ONCE THE VEHICLE HAD BEEN DECIDED ON WE WENT INSIDE TO TALK ABOUT PRICE. AFTER MUCH DISCUSSION MOM WAS A LITTLE OVERWHELMED AND WE TOLD DAN, STEVE, AND RUSS THAT SHE WOULD LIKE TO THINK IT OVER WITHOUT ANY PRESSURE. ALL THREE MEN AGREED AND WE WENT ON OUR WAY. A COUPLE OF DAYS LATER MOM CONTACTED DAN TO DISCUSS PURCHASING THE VEHICLE THAT WAS IN QUESTION. SHE WAS GIVEN THE EXACT DEAL THAT HAD BEEN AGREED UPON THE WEEK BEFORE. STEVE WENT ONE STEP FURTHER WHEN HE WAS EXPLAINING THAT THE FIRST YEAR OF SERVICE WAS FREE , BY OFFERING TO GO TO MOM'S HOUSE TO PICK UP THE CAR BRING IT IN FOR SERVICE AND BRING IT BACK TO MOM. I WAS MOST APPRECIATIVE OF THAT BECAUSE I LIVE IN ANOTHER STATE AND MOM HAS DIFFICULTY DRIVING LONG DISTANCES. ALL IN ALL IT WAS A PLEASURE DOING BUSINESS WITH YOUR TEAM, THEY ARE EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND CARING AND YOU SHOULD BE PROUD AND HONORED TO HAVE THEM AS REPRESENTATIVES. More
