The Team at Citrus Kia are rock stars! We began to deal with John in the internet department by phone because we didn't want to spend the day at a dealership. We were to pick up our car the next day but ran into scheduling issues and had to postpone it until the next day. John was scheduled to be off so he set us up with Paul T. in sales. When we arrived at the dealership, we were treated like royalty. Paul T. made this the most fun experience we've ever had. We were introduced to the G.M. Paul who sincerely appreciated our business. Then we met Mike in the finance office, who had the paperwork ready and waiting for us. We were in and out in less than 15 minutes. That, in our opinion is the best way to buy a car! Anybody that is considering a new car should go deal with John in the internet department or Paul T in sales! They are genuine professionals who catered to our every need! Way to go Citrus Kia! More

Not at Citrus Kia, they were able to make a deal and keep my payments where I needed them to be. I was happy that no one tried to pressure me into a deal, or to try and sell me more than what I wanted. They were very easy to deal with. I purchased a new 2015 Kia SOUL and I even got a hamster with it! Love my SoUl and glad I chose Citrus Kia. Worth the drive to Crystal River to have a positive car buying experience. More

Great experience My wife and I were in the market looking to purchase a Kia Sorento and by chance happen to be on highway 19 when we saw the crytstal river kia dealesr My wife and I were in the market looking to purchase a Kia Sorento and by chance happen to be on highway 19 when we saw the crytstal river kia dealesrship.We stopped in and from that moment from looking at the models ,choosing the car, they made a great offer and rebates on the Sorento we wanted. The entire process from start to finish went very well far better then we expected. No pressures sales. All the staff we encountered were very friendly and knowledgeable. Wish I was rich... I wish I was rich so that I could go back on a daily basis to buy every make, model, and color car that is produced by Kia. It was such a pleasant exp I wish I was rich so that I could go back on a daily basis to buy every make, model, and color car that is produced by Kia. It was such a pleasant experience dealing with these 2 sales men and a pleasure to drive away in our new Kia. They gave us such a sweet deal that I thought we stole something from them or that we owed them more than what we paid for our car. We love our car so much that we have made her a family member. Her name is Kia Maria, she is 6 years old, and she is adopted. She came to us beautifully dressed and is so well behaved when being driven. She is such a delight and has adjusted well to our family and friends. More

A great experience We were working with Citrus Kia to correct a bad situation.bought a Kia Sept 25 elsewhere that turned out to need many repairs due to neglect. In les We were working with Citrus Kia to correct a bad situation.bought a Kia Sept 25 elsewhere that turned out to need many repairs due to neglect. In less then 2 weeks needed $700 in repairs including a part for the airbags. Then on Oct 21 back to Citrus Kia service again needing more repairs. Spoke with Jim Harrison in sales and he told me about a recently traded in Sportage. Jim went and got the deal worked up . I agreed and the Sportage was put on delivery pending. Jim followed the car during the time it was getting ready for me. Left Citrus Kia that day happily driving my Kia Sportage. Thanks to all- Jim & Mike, in sales David and the guys in service for their quick service. More
