This is Bobs' first "new "car in 54 years of driving. Mark was very knowledgeable about the Kia Sportage and all its features. Because Mark was somewhat new to Kia at the time ,he made sure he had the answers to any of are questions.He did not try to pressure us or push anything on us.Mark took his time explaining all the new technology in the cars today.He helped us make a fair deal on our new Sportage.I could not help but notice how all the sales people interacted with customers that where coming in and out of the show room. Some customers just stopped in to tell there salesperson how happy they were with their car or ask a simple question. There was an overwhelming feeling of friendship in that showroom.We were introduced to Yvonne who was very knowledgeable with financing and service packages for our new car. I met Mike Reyes and Tony Meador, both sales managers who could not have been nicer to us. We were also introduced to Mr. Steve Hiteman the owner. Mark then took us to the service department. I can not remember their names,but they were very nice as well. I did however remember Betty in service . She pinstriped the Sportage for us and also did the Xylon treatment on the car.Now there are two other people that I did not mention yet and that is Steve and I believe his last name is Cade.He was the sales person that answered my emails when I first start checking out different dealers in the area. He kept in touch with us until we were able to come in.The other gentlemen is John Rodesiler and he also is a finance manager. I did not meet him till three and a half weeks later. That is when I came back to buy our second new car that Mark sold me. That is my new Kia Soul that I love ! John, you made the transaction enjoyable and left a great impression on myself & my husband. Since then we have been invited back for a class on downloading our phones to the cars. All that attended received a Citrus Kia hat and a water or lunch bag .Today we were there for a drawing of a big TV and other prizes. Mr. Steve Hiteman, all I can say is you have a great product and an even better group of employees.We are very impressed with your service and concern for your customers. Job well done ! This was a very comfortable buying experience. Kate was enthusiastic about the Kia products and easy to work with. I did not feel pressured or rushed in making my choice. We purchased our first Kia Sportage in 2006 and back then had been very impressed with the overall attitude of the dealership. Since I was alone and being female, I was not hassled nor treated as being unkno had been very impressed with the overall attitude of the dealership. Since I was alone and being female, I was not hassled nor treated as being unknowledgable in the auto selection process. At that time, a new sales person was providing all the particulars of the various models and then left me to my own perusing indicating that only if I needed anything would I be bothered. What a great experience to be had at a car dealership. I was awesomely impressed with the sales person his name--Joe Slater. We wound up buying our Kia Sportage the following weekend but only if Joe would get credit as he was on vacation. We were assured he would. Now, 8 years later, we finally traded our Sportage in on a used 2012 Kia Sorento. Joe Slater was our go-to guy since he did right by us previously. And, he was still working with the dealer--which says a lot. Joe gives us straight answers. He found better financing than what we were going to do as well as worked in getting us some concessions. His overall knowledge of the vehicle/s is amazing. He spent time tutoring us in all the dynamics of our new purchase being all the electronic upgrades and if we needed another go round, he'd be available. His overall attitude, knowledge and demeanor are commendable. Personally, all sales persons could take a few lessons from Joe...maybe he should be teaching a salesmanship class. We wouldn't hesitate recommending Joe Slater to anyone interested in buying a Kia. More
On March 15th, 2014 I made a visit to Citrus Kia in Crystal River, FL just to look around the lot at the different options that were offered by Kia as far as new vehicles go and was quickly approached Crystal River, FL just to look around the lot at the different options that were offered by Kia as far as new vehicles go and was quickly approached with a warm, inviting welcome from salesman Mike Clark. He was very helpful and patient as I ventured around the lot with questions and intrigue. He then took me on a test drive where I fell in love with my new vehicle. Upon arrival back at the showroom I was introduced to Finance manager Mike Reyes and we completed finance applications in which he quickly returned with approvals and the deal was on. I would definately reccommend this place to anyone who is in the market for a new vehicle. More

This is my 3rd Kia in 6 years...obviously I like em! My first two Kia's were purchased through a different dealership. The purchase of this 3rd Kia was much different than the previous two.....I had stopp first two Kia's were purchased through a different dealership. The purchase of this 3rd Kia was much different than the previous two.....I had stopped into the Kia dealership probably a year or so ago and was very put off by the manager at that time. He was very curt and unfriendly. However, when I entered the dealership this time, I immediately came across Mike Clark who was a really down to earth guy and I liked him right off the bat. As the deal progressed, everyone I came in contact with was happy and had a very positive attitude. Everyone seemed to work well together and there was no contention, especially since it was a Friday afternoon at 4 pm when I arrive and I'm sure everyone was wanting to go home for the weekend. Tony was awesome and made the deal work within my budget which obviously made me a happy girl! Yvonne was wonderful and gave me some really good advise about the gap insurance. Mark and Paul both jumped right in and help with anything I needed to expedite the deal and get me on my way. I have every confidence in this dealership that I will someday purchase another Kia. I have already told my friends about my positive experience at Citrus Kia and I highly recommend them to purchase their next vehicle from Citrus Kia. Thank you all!
