2013 Optima annual service Went in for the annual oil change & rotation. Both Dave & Amanda extremely friendly & above that proficient. In & out in half an hour. Having spent a great deal of time with my 2004 Nissan Quest on recalls and being familiar with many different service departments over the years I can say that the experience I have had with Citrus Kia is superior. I had the 30,000 mi work done and had to return for a window switch replacement and the level of service was outstanding. Although this dealer is much farther than the previous, there is no comparison in the customer service you receive. More

wasn't going in hopeful I had bought a 2010 elantra from another local dealership 1 1/2 yrs ago. I got snookered on that deal (the car had high mileage, and I paid more than I had bought a 2010 elantra from another local dealership 1 1/2 yrs ago. I got snookered on that deal (the car had high mileage, and I paid more than I should have) but I was told the elantra was all I could get. I needed the vehicle as my vehicle was on it's way out. I was almost at 100,000 miles on the elantra because when I got it it had 80,000 miles on it. I knew if I were going to trade it in I had to before it hit the magic 100,000 miles. so I went to citrus Kia to see if I could get another used car with lower mileage. Mike Boswell was an awesome salesman. I told him upfront I wasn't sure I could do anything and would feel bad if I wasted his time. He said, well let's see what we can do. a few hours later, I left the dealership with a brand new kia optima with only 68 miles on it!! very very happy with the service I got, the people etc. My payments are a little higher than I would have hoped, but I got a safe reliable car. I would recommend these folks to anyone! More

Everything any person would want in a sales person. There was no wheeling and dealing, no bs, no pressure and no awkwardness at all. Joe treated me as if I were his own daughter. He was honest, kind, informative and had my best interest at heart the whole time. I didn't just buy a car that day, I joined a fabulous family! I would do it all over again a million times over!
