They are 1.5 hours from my home so I apologized to salesperson Joe Slater that I was just showing the van and didn't want to waste his time. Talked about the van, no pressure, my sister talked about the new Optima.. still no pressure, I said ok give me your best price.. we met with Paul Arduser, he gave me his best price, I went home and compared the other quotes and he beat the price of all the other dealerships, still no pressure.. I went home looked over the Citrus Kia dealership ratings using many different sources.. Our Joe got the flu and his sales partner Kate Rogers helped us with (all the) van's features when my husband and I returned a few days later. Needless to say we now own the 2015 Kia Sedona and both of us are thrilled with our choice of vehicle and dealership. More

Knowing "Paul Arduser " is Citrus Kia's General Manager and he is the "best". He is very conscientious and concerned about every person who purchases an Automobile. He is very well respected by all the employees, On a scale of 1 to 10 if we had to judge Paul, he would be a "12". John Rodesiler, was our sales person and he was such a pleasure to deal with, He was very knowledgeable and helpful, and he kept every promise he made! When we are in the area we will always stop by to see John. He is definitely a number "10" in our book. Mike Reyes the finance manager was also most courteous and helpful, He made everything easy and understandable. He is a number "10 " with us as well.
