Why go back to the Service Dept. at Citrus Kia - Because. I find the people working in the Service Dept at Citrus Kia to be performing at the upmost professional level. Specifically, Amanda has on every occas I find the people working in the Service Dept at Citrus Kia to be performing at the upmost professional level. Specifically, Amanda has on every occasion, made me feel like a welcomed customer. From a simple oil change to how the vehicle handles on the road - she is always courteous and willing to listen. Plus, she has a very detailed perception of how the car works. Just when I thought I knew everything about a car, she provided keen insight as to potential causes and how the car would handle in which I had not previously thought of or knew about.
