He located a vehicle that fit all of our requirements even though it was not on the lot, and made sure it was there the next day. Great attention to detail, sense of humor and the ability put us at ease. We would and will recommend him to anyone we know who may be looking for a vehicle. Financing is obviously not the most pleasant part of a vehicle purchase, but with Yvonne Stoltenberg's help and guidance, we navigated the financing process very easily. We told her we wanted new Kia Soul and best color was a alien green. Kate told us to wait and she would return with a car. We took a drive and we both drove. When we returned we got down to business of finding out how we could get this car. They gave us a fair amount on the trade-in and we were ready to buy at that time. However the banks were already closed so we had to wait till morning. Kate showed us how all the buttons worked and we left there with a full tank of gas. That was a very nice perk. Although I loved it, I travel 100 miles a day to and from work and decided it was time to trade it in for an automatic. Without a second thought, I went back to Citrus Kia looking for Joe. He is terrific to work with, and alleviates the frustration of the car buying experience by being open and honest. I am the proud owner of a new Kia Sorento 2015 now.......no more stick shift! I wish they were all like this My wife and I drove up from Clermont to see a car that was posted on their website. I called ahead and Steve said it would be waiting. The car was indeed waiting. Steve met us when we walked in and took us straight to the car. He grabbed a set of keys and told us to take it for a spin. Only after we came back did we talk price, trade-in, etc. While we were talking about the price and such, he brought out Kia coloring books for our daughters. This was as pleasurable an experience as I could hope for when buying a car. More
