Great sales service I went into Citrus Kia looking for a vehicle with a 8 way power seat than had a front edge tilted down. I found it on a Sorento EX. Kevin Bell and Dan Lalkas helped look thru the entire lot for the exact Sorento EX I liked. I had brought in my Honda Civic to trade and they quickly gave me a fair trade in price, plus discounted the MSRP and told me what rebates I qualified for. Tony Meador then put the deal in writing and they "let me walk" to check with the wife. No hard pressure, just straight talk and presented the facts. When the wife came back in the next day she test drove the Sorento and loved it EXCEPT for the color. They didn't try and talk her into the color she didn't want, they went to work found the car she did want and dealer traded for it. She and I are happy. This is my 1st KIA. Jon C. More
