We had not considered a Kia until our research indicated that their new cars were a must to consider. After working with the staff at Citrus Kia, we purchased a 2014 Cadenza on 28 May 2014. The people we interacted with were the most professional group we had ever encountered in the auto business. We believe this statement is particularly meaningful when compared to the Lexus, BMW, and Hyundai people that we had dealt with in the past. This is an excellent organization. More

We met with Mark deLaVega and Paul Taracatac regarding the vechicle selection. Both gentlemen were very informative and no question went unanswered. The negoation for our trade-in and the purchase was handled with pleasant conversation, no pressure; such a comforable environment. We met with Yvonne and she fully explained the business end of the purchase. She was so pleasant and professional while she explained additional warranties and other add ons....very informative. After our purchase Paul sat with us in the vehicle and fully explained each of the features and functions. In all of our years of purchasing vehicles, we have NEVER had such a wonderful "training" session. I would recommend this dealership to friends and our family. Very Satisfied My wife was in for a oil change on her Kia Forte which she loves by the way, and I was looking at cars on the lot just checking them out was not looki My wife was in for a oil change on her Kia Forte which she loves by the way, and I was looking at cars on the lot just checking them out was not looking to buy. I got talking to Joe and Joe answered all my questions that I had while we waited for her car to be serviced with great knowledge and detail about the different makes and models. I then noticed the Optima's that were on the lot I was very interested but for the right price and payment. Joe went the extra mile and got me the right payment and price, I had to go to work later in the day and Joe took care of all the papers and informed me the car and everything would be ready by a certain time the next day. I arrived the next day and the paperwork and car was ready and detailed at the time promised. Yvonne took care of the business side like a pro explained everything in detail in a way I could understand filling out and signing the paperwork was quick and painless. I wasn't there all day I was in and out and could enjoy the rest of my day. I will most definitely recommend Citrus Kia and tell them to see Joe Slater and I'm sure they will be treated as good as I was. More

We took a long ride in a 2014 Kia Sportage, and I was in love. I never felt pressured to buy, everyone was so friendly and helpful. Adam was great trying to get my financial stuff in order, getting me the best rate. Thanks Adam!! I really enjoyed Jessie, she to was a big help, along with John, getting my paperwork done in a timely manner. Kate, what can I say, you were great, a true saleslady, and a real sweetheart. She explained all the options on the Sportage to me, but of course, will I remember it all, probably not. She made it clear that I can call her anytime with any questions. Citrus Kia rocks, treated me like family instead of a customer. I will always come back to Citrus Kia, and I will always highly recommend them. More

What a breath of fresh air compared to the 'typical' sales vulture. Adam, the Sales Manager, professionally took time to explain his costs and put together a favorable deal for both of us. The Finance Manager knew her stuff, and did not 'over pitch' the add ons (which I politely declined all). Delivery of the car was quick and efficient. I feel that I made friends for the future with Kate and the entire Citrus Family. Thanks! More

I didn't feel like a customer; I felt like an actual person. They truly know how to take care of people. They are attentive, kind and polite. But most importantly, they are honest. If I ever need another car in the future, I know just the place to go, and that will be Citrus KIA. John took extra time with us, letting us test drive the vehicles we requested. The Sorento was way to big for me and I was not comfortable driving it. We went back and got into a Sportage. Before I even let the Dealership, I told John that this is the suv I want. He had previously started the vehicles and had the air conditioning going as it was quite warm yesterday. When we got back, John went to work on getting the Sportage for us and at the payment level we could deal with. He brought us bottles of water [same kind we use at home] and showed us where there was something to eat. I forgot to take our house key off my keyring and called John to tell him. He went and got the key and is mailing it to us. Fortunately, we have an extra hidden key at home. John is a wonderful, caring, and pleasant Gentleman. You should be glad that you have him at your Dealership. Yvonne is also very helpful. Had a lot of papers for me to sign, but, she took the time to explain each one to me before I signed them. I asked her to explain again, the "gag coverage" as I did not fully understand what it is. She very politely stopped working with all the papers and explained it to me in a way that I can understand. You see, I will be 73 on Sunday the 18th, and I know John's birthday is the 16th. So, in a way, this is a very wonderful birthday present for me. Many, many THANKS to John and Yvonne.
