Great experience This time was my second visit to Citrus Kia...the first one was a purchase 3 years ago. This time a niece needed a good used car at a set price. Our salesman was incredible, very knowledgeable and understanding. We came on one day and then returned 2 days later and purchased the car. The entire experience was great....very low pressure and extremely informative. In fact, when I purchase my next new car, it probably will be at Kia. Finance person was also great! More

I will be back to talk with her again about a vehicle for purchase. our deal was cut short due to an interruption by another employee to whom I did not know in reference about the vehicle I was attempting to purchase. not kate's fault by no means just rude on behalf of the man that interrupted our time and deal in progress. I was attempting to buy this vehicle and the man said he needed the keys because someone else wanted to look at it and drive it. I bowed out of the deal. again not kate's fault. More
