Anyone passing by "smiled" and said hello. Citrus Kia of Crystal River, Florida gave us the most wonderful experience, everyone so eager to please you. In our experience with dealerships through the years, no representative ever took the time to explain everything in the vehicle. Citrus Kia Associate Steve Cade took the time to do just that. Gotta LOVE Citus Kia's business model and employees. This is the first time buying a new car that I ever walked away liking the salesman, JOE SLATER. Great guy who happens to sell cars. He's super knowl This is the first time buying a new car that I ever walked away liking the salesman, JOE SLATER. Great guy who happens to sell cars. He's super knowledgeable about his products from horse power to teaching me how to work all the insane option features in a modern KIA! The dealership itself is laid back classic rock style: No one tried to sell me at all. I took two days to sift through the magnitude of cars and available options. NO ONE BOTHERED ME,! I was never rushed! I have many friends who purchased cars through Joe Slater also. They all say the same thing' "great guy". Adam McRae was also very respectful of my elderly parents and provided substantial assistance upon a subsequent visit to have some cash refunded for an option they decided they did not want. Great business model : Sell a lot of cars at a reasonable margin instead of sell a few for high margin (Ford, Chevy, etc.. No Pressure, nice atmosphere, extremely courteous staff, what more could a consumer ask for in a local auto dealer? My family has found a home base for new cars as long as Citrus Kia sticks to this business model. Thank you Joe and Adam. More

New car experience In the past I have detested going to a car dealership for obvious reasons, the hastle of the back and forth with a salesman who has to talk to the fin In the past I have detested going to a car dealership for obvious reasons, the hastle of the back and forth with a salesman who has to talk to the finance person then comes back to you with another request and so on and so on. It seems as though it never ends. However, I must admit the experience that my wife and I had at Citrus Kia was not the norm. Before we even started everone had their ducks in a row and the hastle was gone primarily due to the efforts of our salesman, Steve Cade and the finance guy Adam McRae. These two gentleman went beyond the normal to ensure that our new car purchase went as smooth as possible. Everyone at this dealership was very friendly including the parts department, service department the General Manager. For anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle I would strongly recommend that you drop by and talk to the people at Citrus Kia. More
