Having purchased new cars in the past, I know what an effort it can be to get through the process. I can say for the first time, I left a dealership with a new car in a good mood - not drained and exhausted. Everyone was super friendly, especially Kevin and Yvonne. Kevin was waiting for us, we had called ahead and greeted us at the door. A little while later, we were driving away! The longest part of the process was just waiting on the banks to get back to them on a Sunday afternoon -- no fault of their own. Thanks guys! We really like the car. More

Came in for a trade appraisal and to turn in a credit app. Like most, wish I could have done better on the trade, but all in all, they were probably as fair, if not more so than other dealers would have been. They did not bump up the price of the car we were buying to pad the trade allowance, as is commonly done. So the deal as presented was a no-nonsense offer. That is the way to do business, Yvonne in F&I knows her products and presents them professionally. Had a minor issue with the car soon after the purchase, and it was cared for right away. There are larger, even "huge" Kia dealers, but this dealer knows how to run a clean and efficient store. Worth the drive from where you are if you don't like the circus atmosphere of most car dealerships. Ask for Joe Slater. You will be glad you did. More
