Cadenza (2014) Odor Developed "dead smell" odor while on vacation. Upon return, Citrus Kia did an AC evaproator flush, and checked the Cabin Filter (filter had been repla Developed "dead smell" odor while on vacation. Upon return, Citrus Kia did an AC evaproator flush, and checked the Cabin Filter (filter had been replaced just 1500 mi ago). Diagnosis: dead mouse in back of Cabin Filter. Problem solved. Citrus Kia is a terrific dealership that truly tries to solve a problem and please customers. Congratulations to Amanda Gallagher (Service Advisor) for her communication and caring skills. It worked, My wife fell in love with the car, but I thought it would exceed my budget. It didn't! Surprise Surprise! In fact it was one dollar under, but trade was at Max of what I figured. Went out the door under budget. we were happy campers. We were so un-prepaired I didn't even bring a check book, No problem for this dealership after all paper work was completed, I drove car home, they picked up check at my house.
