In addition to previous review Minutes after I wrote my original review I received a phone call from Paul the GM. He asked me a few questions and made extreme apologies (which where Minutes after I wrote my original review I received a phone call from Paul the GM. He asked me a few questions and made extreme apologies (which where not needed but appreciated) he also offered to fix my a/c tomorrow at his expense. Made me feel my business and my happiness where extremely important to him personally. I can't tell you how far one phone call can reach but, I can say citrus Kia truly cares about there clients and works hard to make sure each person has a great experience. This was not easy given my current circumstances but he did it! I was then introduced to Adam M. He was so helpful in many ways, took care of the final paperwork and can't say enough about his kindness. All three of the men were awesome in their own expertise and I wholeheartedly recommend the Citrus Kia dealership and those that work therein. This is my second Kia...if you've never owned one...try it, you'll like it! Thank you all at Citrus Kia...you are the best! More

Best car buying..EVER! Having just "totaled" my 2013 Grand Caravan (which was an unexpected blessing!), I needed to be cost-conscious, and sought a dealer close to home. Ci Having just "totaled" my 2013 Grand Caravan (which was an unexpected blessing!), I needed to be cost-conscious, and sought a dealer close to home. Citrus Kia was the BEST choice I could have made. My husband and I were attended to by a very sweet, helpful, PATIENT salesperson (new to their staff) in Samantha States. We were, truly, treated like welcome "family" members. We were able to look, in detail, at several options, and test drive all we were interested in. Knowing we needed to be as frugal as possible, these people worked, diligently, with us to ensure we had the right car, at a price and payments we could afford. Samantha, graciously, worked with us from about noon til 6:30pm, constantly good-humored. Our transition into the "finance department" was equally pleasant, as we were introduced to Yvonne. Knowing we weren't interested in any additional expense, she acknowledged that she was expediting the paperwork, with no additional "sales efforts". Though it meant no gain for her, she was thoroughly professional and extremely polite. We were introduced to the Service Manager, Cashier, and even the "husband & wife" owners. We couldn't have hoped for a better experience. More
