He invited us into his office, asked if he could get us a refreshment,and then asked us, Is there a particular vehicle you would like to look at?? He asked what features were important to us? It was a very comfortable conversation, and we never once felt like we were pressured to do anything!! That was extremely important to both my husband and I.
