Search for mid-sized SUV I test drove many mid-sized vehicles trying to find one that I did not have to fold up to get into as I am a tall/large individual. WOW--not what was expected I was invited to visit the dealership where I purchased my 2013 Kia Sorento and expected to go in, listen to a sales pitch, and say thanks but no tha I was invited to visit the dealership where I purchased my 2013 Kia Sorento and expected to go in, listen to a sales pitch, and say thanks but no thanks. I explained that I had just lost my husband, and what I could pay per month and put down. They made it happen so I traded. No pressure, just an offer of assistance made especially for me. The service department was a big drawing card to even keeping the appointment, since they do what they say they will in the time expected. I cannot brag on them enough. Super, super staff. They helped me clean out the 2013, set up the phenatione, and even made a tenative come back appointment if I had additional questions. Couldn't have been any better. More
