So he began to ask us a series of questions concerning the equipment and options. He was extremely polite, but kept us on task, he was determined to satisfy our needs. By that afternoon Rich had located a car that matched our requirements. We met with later in the afternoon and we finalized our selection. Rich spoke with Mike Reyes the Sales Manager and they made us an exceptional offer on a beautiful 2016 Sedona EX. Mike promised to have the car at Citrus the next day. The following day they had the car moved from a dealer 143 miles away so that we could drive away in a new van Thursday evening. We finished the deal with credit manager Pat Visconte, he was just as pleasant and accommodating as Rich and Mike.
