There wasn't hours of sitting around waiting and back & forth price haggling. We went to look at specific car, Rocky came right out, greeted us, said 'you want to take it for a test drive', we did. Came back in, they showed us their price, we gave them a fair price that we'd pay, they accepted. Rocky and the finance guy were both friendly and helpful. The best customer service!! Dawn Wheeler was the greatest. I never even got to meet her in person and yet she directed us to the right car. We went up and met with Bill Berringer. We told him about my speaking with Dawn and what she recommended to look at. He had it brought up front so we could look it over. We fell in love with it and took it for a test drive. Bill worked on the paperwork with us and we went to finance and paid our down payment. He was so nice and friendly. Great people work there!!
