Straightforward No Nonsense Internet Sales Manager. I contacted this dealership with regard to purchasing a new 2016 Kia Soul. Rich Meier, their internet sales manager got back to me right away with in I contacted this dealership with regard to purchasing a new 2016 Kia Soul. Rich Meier, their internet sales manager got back to me right away with information about one of the Kia's in their inventory. Sadly, my Jeep had been recently t-boned and totaled by the insurance company, and I was in Zephyrhills, Florida for a few days visiting my parents to see what we could find. I wanted my dad's expertise, as he is extremely knowledge about vehicles and has a vast history and experience with buying them. Rich was kind enough to call my dad and answer all of his questions straight up and very straight forward, no gimmicks, no games, no pressure, just good old-fashioned top notch customer service! Although I returned to the Savannah, Georgia region and purchased my Kia locally, only because my time ran out in Florida and I had to return back home, and really could not afford another trip down there.
