Best experience at a car dealer ever!! From the time I walked in to the time I drove away with my 2004 Mercury Grand Marquis, everyone at Citrus Kia was very friendly and helpful. My sales From the time I walked in to the time I drove away with my 2004 Mercury Grand Marquis, everyone at Citrus Kia was very friendly and helpful. My sales person, Bill Berringer went above and beyond to insure that my very unusual situation was solved. I was selling my 2013 Kia Rio and wanted a car of lesser value. Bill understood what I needed and he was caring enough to choose a VERY reliable and safe car. I am not a person who knows a lot about cars, but even I know that the Grand Marquis is a quality made car. Bill also explained that the body is bolted to the car frame (which is a prime safety feature) AND the Grand Marquis is the Mercury counterpart of the Ford Crown Victoria that was built for the standard police cars. Which meant that the frame and engine was the same in both cars. We took the car for a test drive and I was so happy with how the car drove so smooth and how very safe I felt driving the Grand Marquis. Also, I have a short stature and that is why I normally buy small cars....BUT, I was so pleased and surprised that the standard features on the 2004 Grand Marquis include electronic controls to move the seat forward and up so I can safely reach the pedals. Bill also took the time to explain all the features and controls on the dash board. I cannot say enough about how Bill solved my unusual request in a fast and caring way and I appreciated his efforts so much!! I also want to mention that Barry Lucas, who helped me through the signing and paper work process, was very friendly and nice who also made that a pleasant experience. I have bought 5 or 6 cars over the span of 40 years and I can honestly say that coming to Citrus Kia and having Bill Berringer as my salesman really was the BEST and the least stressful experience I have EVER had. I will be spreading the word about this very special dealership!! More
