I was visiting from Georgia and was set to leave the next day and my dashboard went out. Ocala Kia blew me off but Crystal River worked me in and the mechanic showed the advisor, who showed me how to turn th day and my dashboard went out. I was able to travel safely and have it taken care of back home. Ocala told me they only had half staff, it would take 4 hours, they would have to order parts and basically don’t come in. Crystal River cared about my safety. They were awesome. More
