I was a little worried about making my service appointment on line. But I did and it was ok. Decided to go out to lunch (which required 2 cars) thinking the service would take forever. But it didn appointment on line. But I did and it was ok. Decided to go out to lunch (which required 2 cars) thinking the service would take forever. But it didn't. The service call was completed in an hour. And the car was even washed and looked like new. So lesson learned. Take only 1 vehicle. Wait patiently. Spend the $$ you saved on gas and go to lunch! More
