Haley was awesome and so helpful. Service repaired a tire. Haley went out of her way to help me out Sunday and Monday. Rocky was so pleasant in getting my tire repaired. The tech however put 37 lbs of air in Haley went out of her way to help me out Sunday and Monday. Rocky was so pleasant in getting my tire repaired. The tech however put 37 lbs of air in the repaired but left the other tires at 27 & 28 lbs. I would have thought they would have checked all the tires. So Haley and Rocky great service tech not so great. More

For sales - the story is, unfortunately, not the same. I have had a poor buying experience at the Ocala dealership and a horrendous experience at the Leesburg store . I have vowed never to buy another car from any Jenkins dealership as a result. More
