Oil change I did not have a good experience this time or any other time I have been to Jenkins. This time my car has been making a lot of nice when you step on I did not have a good experience this time or any other time I have been to Jenkins. This time my car has been making a lot of nice when you step on the gas. It was fine when I took it in for an oil change. Did I go back, no, because they would have told me they didn't do anything other than change the oil and filter. But why then is there less pick up and more noise than when I took it in. I will only go back to Jenkins to have my mileage confirmed so I can receive the Visa card. They have lost a loyal customer. Two years ago I went in because the "service engine" light was on and was told it was just a computer problem and they charged $125.00 to reset the computer. The care lost power but I have lived with it not it has lost more power! Would I recommend the service department NO NO NO! More
Help with phone connection I needed help connecting my phone to my new Hyundai. I called to talk to Jenny or Gus and was told to come on in in the morning. Very expensive and still waiting for recall parts. I have all my work done now at a local shop, which has saved me money. We've purchased several Hyundai vehicles from you in the past, but found a much better deal on our last purchase at Deland Hyundai. We have usually provided our own financing through our bank. More
