Had a very good experience. I called the same day that I wanted to get my car serviced. Everything was booked for the day, however, after explaining to the service receptionist T I called the same day that I wanted to get my car serviced. fast, efficient and VERY expensive :( Get ready to pay! I was there 90 minutes for an oil change, new filter (freebies) and rotation/alignment of tires. Car has only 13,000 miles on it. Oil change I did not have a good experience this time or any other time I have been to Jenkins. This time my car has been making a lot of nice when you step on I did not have a good experience this time or any other time I have been to Jenkins. This time my car has been making a lot of nice when you step on the gas. It was fine when I took it in for an oil change. Did I go back, no, because they would have told me they didn't do anything other than change the oil and filter. But why then is there less pick up and more noise than when I took it in. I will only go back to Jenkins to have my mileage confirmed so I can receive the Visa card. They have lost a loyal customer. Two years ago I went in because the "service engine" light was on and was told it was just a computer problem and they charged $125.00 to reset the computer. The care lost power but I have lived with it not it has lost more power! Would I recommend the service department NO NO NO! More
