Listened and acted upon my complaint I had felt a shifting, slight movement in my driver's seat cushion on my 2016 Genesis. After trying to locate the problem during two previous visits I had felt a shifting, slight movement in my driver's seat cushion on my 2016 Genesis. After trying to locate the problem during two previous visits and not finding the cause they totally replaced the seat cushion. The service department made every effort to find what was causing the problems I was experiencing. They tightened the seat track and even removed the seat and reinstalled it before a new cushion was installed. I felt like the "princess and the pea" feeling discomfort in the seat when the technicians couldn't duplicate it but my complaints were acknowledged and the problem was corrected. I was provided with a courtesy car overnight during the last two visits. More

It took several calls to service to finally get a confirmed appointment. The requested service was provided in a timely manner and the employees were fine. More

Great customer service They were very knowledgeable, and respectful when my wife and I had to make visit to the service department. Our engine needed to be replaced do to a malfunction that was on the recall list. Apon arrival we were met with kindness and compassion. We were granted a rental car while the repairs were made free of charge. Once everything was complete we dropped off the rental and was picked by one of the dealerships drivers and taken back to the dealership. Our car was fixed cleaned and ready to go.
