Poor service I have been going to this dealership for 2 years receiving several different services on my car came in a few weeks ago spent around 60 dollars on ser I have been going to this dealership for 2 years receiving several different services on my car came in a few weeks ago spent around 60 dollars on services also asked the tech representative if she can have someone look at the noise my car was making she then informed me it would be an additional 120 dollars on top of the service I was about to pay for I feel i have been loyal consistently paying for all the services recommended i simply wanted to no what a noise was so that I can find out how much it is to fix it and continue my services with this company instead I will be going else where as of next wednsday to receive maintenance on my car. The last customer service tech I had a female was very short barely explained anything to me I didn't even no I need further services until I received a phone call the only thing she mentioned was new tires More

I have had a repeat problem with my front turn signals on my 2015 Genesis blowing out at about the same rate as my oil changes. I’ve asked on multiple visits for the service department to thoroughly check for the root of the problem, rather than just replacing the bulbs for free. Although they always said they would, I never felt as though they followed through. This time the service manager got involved and low and behold, they found an issue. Once the manager got involved, I felt my issue was properly handled and I was treated like a valued customer. More
