Recall checks I dropped my car after making an on-line appointment for a thorough inspection of recalls and other service needs. There was another recall that had already been done prior to this visit and they didn’t do it again, just because they could have. He escorted me into the service lobby and introduced me to the service rep who wrote up my order and informed me that they were going to replace a sensor that had a recall. In less than 20 minutes I was informed that my car was ready. They also provided me with a free coupon for a car wash. Very pleasant experience and I even had a donut (which I shouldn't have eaten).
