They don't address all issues they are supposed to. I have brought my car in a few times now to fix an issue with my brake light randomly not working. Each time they have told me the problem was fixed, I have brought my car in a few times now to fix an issue with my brake light randomly not working. Bad Service 2017 Ioniq brought in for its first service at 7500 miles. The manufacturers recommended servicing was NOT followed. It was due for tire rotation, full inspection, and more. Looking at the work report, tire pressures not checked, unercarage not checked, inspection of outer vehicle not checked. The vehicle received scratch to the door handle while being serviced, to which I had to press the issue for them to fix and have painted. Almost 1.5 hours for an “Express Service” which was just an oil change. Had an appointment and drove from Gainesville. More

While I realize the service should be done right and things shouldn'd be rushed, I think your time to change oil and check the car could be quicker. It routinely takes around one and a half hrs. for the service from start to finish, but it is done right so that means something. More

Wednesday with Kirstie As always we were greeted warmly by a staff member who confirmed our reason for being at the service area. Kirstie was at her desk as we walked in and was ready with our paperwork in a flash. When everything was done, she came over for the signature and off we went in about an hour. (Of course, the Hubz had enjoyed a fresh donut from the snack area.) The waiting area is comfortable and spacious. Always a pleasure to visit Jenkins Hyundai in Ocala! More

An hour & 45 mins was slow for an oil change & tire rotation Our appointment was for 9:00 am. Dropped off the car at 8:45. Was ready at 10:45. As usual the wait was pleasant, especially this time, since we were only pestered once by a salesperson looking for prospective car buyers. Jim Mucci, the service advisor, was very helpful and promptly completed the paperwork for the service work. After about an hour and a half I approached Jim and asked him about the status of our car. He went and checked and said the car was being washed and would be available shortly. Overall I am always pleased with the service work, the donuts and coffee in the morning and your pleasant service personnel. Not so much with the salesmen cruising the area looking for prospective car buyers. Congratulations to Aaron Fields for his promotion to Service manager. Hyundai made a good choice. More
