Joel was quick to respond and set up texting which made life much easier. He was very knowledgeable and informative with explaining what was wrong with the vehicle and what our next steps were. It was great staying in touch by text instead of hunting down either of us with phone calls. They washed the car before I picked it up and had it ready to go when I arrived. First rate experience! The only complaint I would have is their showroom floor was extremely slippery (polished marble if I remember right?) when I went to pay out, I almost fell. More
