The engine in my 2013 Hyundai Sonata froze while driving. I had to be towed to Jenkins Hyundai of Ocala. Upon entering the dealership i was met by Aaron Fields who I knew from years past when he handle my se I had to be towed to Jenkins Hyundai of Ocala. Upon entering the dealership i was met by Aaron Fields who I knew from years past when he handle my service. Aaron was aware of the problem and introduced me to his service person Francesca Stone. I was completely taken care of and assure my engine would be replaced. Francesca set me up with a Hertz rental. Francesca was in contact with me regarding the completion of the work on my car. Upon my return both Aaron and Francesca greeted me. Francesca handled my checking out and had my car promptly delivered. This was a professional and excellent example of good service. I am a Jenkins of Ocala Hyundai owner since 2006. Carolyn Davis has also been very helpful in the past. More

Great place! I was so disenfranchised with Parks Hyundai of Gainesville, that I'm willing to drive almost an hour South to Jenkins Hyundai of Ocala! They actually I was so disenfranchised with Parks Hyundai of Gainesville, that I'm willing to drive almost an hour South to Jenkins Hyundai of Ocala! They actually reset the service interval light when you have your oil changed (Gainesville missed it three (3) times and it makes me wonder if they even really did an oil change in the 1st place)! Jenkins found the suspension rattle on the 1st try (when Gainesville blamed it on my folding chair in the trunk, I took it out, the sound was still there). I would have hoped that they would wash the exterior of my vehicle (which Gainesville actually does) but I don't care about a wash as much as I do having the car serviced properly by knowledgeable and caring staff!! More
