I recently (Feb 25th) had my 2017 Hyundai Elantra serviced. My experience was terrific. Nelson, my service advisor met me at my car as I drove up. We exchanged pleasantries and I briefly told him serviced. My experience was terrific. Nelson, my service advisor met me at my car as I drove up. We exchanged pleasantries and I briefly told him why I was there. He told me he would talk with me once the technician was done looking at my car, Nelson came over and explained everything and had pictures of additional items that also needed service - inside air filter, tires aligned, etc. Nelson also periodically checked on us to tell us how the service on our car was progressing. To sum things up, I am so delighted that Nelson is our service advisor. He deserves more than a 5 star rating. He is efficient, pleasant to work with and honest. More

Adam Cromer was our service writer and did an excellent job of keeping us informed regarding our repair. He was professional and knowledgeable as were all the staff with whom we had contact.
