Oil change Took car in for oil change and found out it also needed to have the door locks replaced. I was told they could do it now but it would not be finished Took car in for oil change and found out it also needed to have the door locks replaced. I was told they could do it now but it would not be finished that day. (Oil change appointment was 3:30) Keith made arrangements for me to have a rental car until my car was finished the next day. The next day when I came in to get my car I had an appointment that I had to,keep. Keith got me on my way quickly. Very please with the way He took care of everything. More

Very happy with the 2013 Elantra purchased, but asked how they arrived at the final price. I rough figured about a thousand less. I was told if I didn't like the price, I should have bought a less expensive vehicle, another mgr told me I shouldn't have signed anything, all dealers have hidden costs. All I wanted was a clear explanation. Sent same review to corporate - nothing, no calls. Have purchased two vehicles from Jenkins, I won't make that mistake again. More

What makes Jenkins different is the professionalism of their staff and the assurance that service or repairs will be done right the first time. Pete Palys, my service writer, is knowledgeable, informative, and never appears as being unconcerned or pushy when I bring my vehicle for service. Ron Thompson, the technician whom I request to perform the service or repairs on my vehicle treats my vehicle as if it his own. Even though these two employees of Jenkins Hyundai are the ones who I have the most interface with for the past four years, I suspect that my experience with them is the culture of this dealerships service department. More
Scheduled Oil Change I was in and out in less than an hour. Your staff is always so friendly. My only complaint at all is the "free" car wash you provide from Soapy's. I have taken advantage of this 3 times now and each time, my car was dirtier when I left there than when I drove in. I liked it much better when your service department washed my car, you did a much better job. The only reason I bring this up is if you are paying Soapy's for this service, you shouldn't be. Just wanted to let you know. Jenkin's Hyundai is fabulous, Soapy's, not so much! More

We have had experience with Jenkins Hyundai since our first Hyundai (a 2006 Sonata) and could not be happier with the service. The service representative, Aaron, has always been exceptional. He has always explained what was to be done and, when the unexpected occured, he answered all of our questions as to why the extra expense (or work) was required. The sales staff at Jenkins Hyundai is exceptional also. Always acting in a low pressure manner but always having the answer to your questions about the vehicles and the advantage of upgrading to a newer or better product. We have always been happy with their evaluation of our trade-in vehicle. We have been happy with our experiences with our Hyundai Sonatas and have the highest regard for the Hyundai company and Jenkins Hyundai of Ocala. Jenkins Hyundai of Ocala, Florida should be held as a model for all automobile dealers to emulate. Their service and sales staffs are unbeatable! More
