My technician, I feel as though he is my own technician, always services and repairs my cars reliably and always the first time. I always know exactly what was done and why. Paying my bill, the cashiers, among the most pleasant ever, make me feel I have received maximum value for every dollar. When I drive off the lot, I feel that my car will last , at least, -another hundred thousand miles. More

Even though my appointment was made online less than 2 hours earlier, Keith A Went to Jenkins Service around 1130 on Friday to have my windows tinted. Even though my appointment was made online less than 2 hours earlier, Keith Andrews told me he would do his best to get my vehicle done. After calling the window-tinting person and checking his schedule, Keith got me a loaner and said he will have my windows tinted no later than Monday as there were other cars ahead of me. By 1645 that day (Friday), I received a call from Service saying that my vehicle was ready for pickup. Was I impressed!!! Keith ALWAYS delivers and that's why I always make my service appointments with him. Way to go, Keith! You're still the best! More
