He proceeded to inform me that their were two recalls on my vehicle, and they could only do one because the other part was on back order. I am truly impressed with the end result of your restructuring of the dealership, including the snack bar that has been placed inside the building, I must reiterate that the experience was worth the visit Pete continues to show his professionalism and dedication to your clients, plus he explains everything that was performed on my vehicle in terms which can be understood.
