3rd car bought and service treats you horrible I am so disappointed in this place about 8 years ago I had an issue and swore I'd never deal with them again and decided to give t I am so disappointed in this place about 8 years ago I had an issue and swore I'd never deal with them again and decided to give them another shot...had 3 new great car purchases over last 8 years but service especially the cashiers treat you like trash. I spend my money there and only there and I was again ignored and stand there wait while they are sitting talking to each other and then the rude cashier says go to advisor I don't have your paperwork and then I go to advisor go back there she misinformed you is under your old last name and then go stand there and for her to get off the phone while the other girl has her hands over her head posting no attention to answer me and then finally the one in the middle says yeah? Like I'm the inconvenience and gets an attitude and then I pay and wants to say have a nice day really after you treated me. Time for a new car from somewhere else!!! More
Get all the information on warranties I purchased a 2014 Santa Fe from Jenkins and assumed (my mistake) that everything in the vehicle is warranted bumper to bumper for 36 months or 36000 I purchased a 2014 Santa Fe from Jenkins and assumed (my mistake) that everything in the vehicle is warranted bumper to bumper for 36 months or 36000 miles. I purchased the vehicle in December of 2014; the battery just went on the vehicle. When I took it to Jenkins I was told that since the battery is over 24 months old it is not under warranty and that it would cost me $181.00 for a new battery. It is a total same that the dealers do not put NEW batteries in NEW cars. How long has this battery been sitting in the factory or on car lots before I purchased it. I hope that future buyers of NEW CARS read this so they can make sure that the battery in the new car they are buying is truly NEW. Of course I did not purchase a battery from the dealership; I purchased from Hurricane Batteries in Ocala for one half the price quoted at the dealership (someone has to pay for the new showroom and other so called goodies, NOT ME). Happy hunting for that new car. More

I explained that I had inherited the vehicle and wanted to get it checked out to be sure it was safe to drive and also wanted to find out what benefits were included with being the owner. My friend who left the 2013 Azera to me, had paid cash for the vehicle and it had all the bells and whistles on it; it is a beautiful vehicle. Carl was just super. He had me drive it over to the bay area to be checked and then took me and my mom into the showroom, which is beautiful, and very clean....and waited with us the entire time. He called on Megan Westrick to help with the computer entries to have everything turned over into my name, as the new owner. He and Megan were both GREAT!!! So nice, and so relatable, not at all pushy in any way. Then Carl even came out to the car to show me exactly how all the features worked. A Great experience! More

Tsk, tsk Jenkins. Haven't you learned yet that hard sell tactics don't get you the most sales? Soft sell would serve you better and please leave service customers alone. Take no for an answer and also an hour later when the answer is still no. I learned from that one brief encounter that I would NEVER get a car from Jenkins Hyundai. Then, when the service was finally finished I was asked a second time if I wanted the car washed, to which I said yes again. But since it would take another 30 mins he offered a coupon to a local car wash. Never happened. Can't comment on the service here since it was an electronic update. More

But he did inform me of the my options with no pressure. My vehicle is running as perfect as it did the first day I drove it. More
Recall on our 2014 for a "Sunglass Holder" was a breeze! There was a recall on the "Sunglass Holder" on our 2014 Elantra. I called and made the appointment and not only got the Sunglass Holder replaced but There was a recall on the "Sunglass Holder" on our 2014 Elantra. I called and made the appointment and not only got the Sunglass Holder replaced but also had them go over her to make sure she was running at her best! They added air to the tires and replaced the air filter. I even got a cleaned car brought back to me! I absolutely love the remodel on the building...much more comfortable for the consumer! Thank you for going the extra mile! More
