Good service Was there for service. Then was approached trying to sell me another car went through the whole ideal then it was Not good. I wasnt looking than the Was there for service. Oil change and test drive a 2017 Sonata The service department has improved and they are always very professional. After vacuuming my car the detailer put the wrong mat in my car. It was a v The service department has improved and they are always very professional. After vacuuming my car the detailer put the wrong mat in my car. It was a very old dirty mat. When I was getting ready to leave I drove my car back to the service dept. and told them my mat was missing and replaced by this old dirty one on the driver side. About 5 minutes later a nice gentleman came out with a new set of Sonata mats and put all four of them in my car! I was truly impressed and it was unexpected. So I have to give them 5 stars. I also spent time with Tim who is a sales representative. He was very nice and was very knowledgeable about the features of the car. I went on a test drive in a very nice 2017 Sport version of a Sonata. I was very impressed. I talked to him about getting a new car. Well I ended up with the finance department and they had me fill out all the paperwork. I told them it was contingent on my husbands approval so I really felt bad they went through all that paperwork and then the deal didn't go through. Everyone there was very nice and helpful. I just felt bad for Tim that I decided to stay with my 2011 Sonata which I got new tires on (thank you for the service dept. for letting me know how bad they were) and it is like a new car. I love my car and decided I didn't want to be tied into having payments on a car that I don't drive that much. More

Service department is awful Have taken car 3 times and most of the time needed something fixes and always have had to fight cause they can't fix things the first and even though Have taken car 3 times and most of the time needed something fixes and always have had to fight cause they can't fix things the first and even though you show them problem they try to make you go away and come back another day!! And if they gotta keep car even though we are supposed to get loaner (was told when purchases car now supposedly we have to have special rental car insurance!! xxxxxxxx again liers complete liers!! I now take my car to gainesville!!! More
