Had antenna cover replaced. I have learned there was a recall on this part some time ago and Jenkins had a couple of opportunities to replace the defective part which would have I have learned there was a recall on this part some time ago and Jenkins had a couple of opportunities to replace the defective part which would have negated my having to drive to Ocala to get this done. Great service Department ! The service was for a recall , The service rep. came in and told us how long it would take ! he was very pleasent ,Friendly, and professional. Much to our surprise thinking we had about an hour or more wait , thr service rep. came in about 40 min . later and advised we were done. Fixed recall, changed oil and detailed Elantra As usual, we enjoyed our visit and returned home more than satisfied. While we were waiting for our loaner, we spoke to a Genesis owner. Gville Parks Hyundai not good. Jenkins Hyundai Great !! Started going to Jenkins Hyundai after I stopped going to Gville Parks Hyundai. I had a bad experience involving a tire which had a large screw in it Started going to Jenkins Hyundai after I stopped going to Gville Parks Hyundai. I had a bad experience involving a tire which had a large screw in it that was not found after the mechanic lifted the vehicle. After discussing it with the service adviser I'm convinced he never informed the mechanic, as it was easily seen in the sidewall. Learned that the adviser lied to me about the tire issue. Although I have had free oil changes for 2 years (I pay them as part of my monthly vehicle contract)) out of no where Gville Parks Hyundai decided that they will not pay for the oil changes in their entirety although they are obligated by my contract as I paid initially for 36 months of free changes. I contacted Fidelity who provides the service contracts for Parks Hyundai. A rep on the phone told me "he does not know why Parks Hyundai all of a sudden raised the costs of the oil changes", which meant the additional cost would be out of a customers pocket . I pay it monthly throughout my 36 month contract to Hyundai and refuse to have additional expenses out of my pocket. Went to Jenkins in Ocala, no cost for the oil change, and they too couldn't explain why Parks in Gville will not honor their service contract fees . More

came in for safety recall repair. repair was completed Have no complaints concerning service dept. We would not buy here again because of horrible experience with salesman Gus Saucedo. First problem we ha Have no complaints concerning service dept. We would not buy here again because of horrible experience with salesman Gus Saucedo. First problem we had with him arose purchasing our 2013 Elantra that had a sticker price of about $19,000 and GUS came back to us with a price of over $24,500. Can you imagine that $24,500 for a car that stickers for a little over $19000. On a chance meeting 2 years later , I questioned him about the ridiculous price. Gus told us he only came back with the $24500 price because management makes them do it. He said the almost $5000 over sticker wasn't his idea he was just doing what management told him to do. Our take is , if that's how Jenkins works we want no part of going thru the agony we went thru that day with him to buy the Elantra. In fact Gus would try to contact us from time to time in the coming years. We sent a letter to Jenkins Hyundai requesting he have no more contact with us. While we waited in the service lounge on this visit Gus approached us again even after we were assured he would no longer speak to us by the dealership. Gus soured us on Jenkins Hyundai though the service is good I doubt we ever want to go thru a buying experience again as we did with Gus. More
