I am glad to see that this service department deals in honesty and integrity. They are friendly, knowledgeable and makes the customer feel that they really care about doing a great job and taking pride in honesty and integrity. From the gentleman that checked me in, to the mechanic that serviced my car, down to the Service advisor Adam Croner, treated me with kindness, respect and caring. I feel very comfortable bringing her in to get serviced. I come from Leesburg to get her serviced because I feel that they will not try to scam me like the Leesburg dealership did. That means a lot. Your waiting area is impeccable, pleasing, and relaxing. Because of all the good qualities, also because I bought the car here, I feel much better about bringing it here to be serviced. I drive all the way from Leesburg to go to this Jenkins Hyundai, because I feel that their service department has honesty, and integrity behind them. They are also very friendly and helpful. I refuse to go to the Leesburg Hyundai because their service department lacks honesty and integrity and it is all about scamming the customer into something they do not need or want and use scare tactics behind it, to get as much money as possible out of the customer.
