This is our first experience with Hyundai of Ocala and we found everone we came into contact with to be extremely courteous and helpful in the purchase of our new car. Especially our sales associate, Kia Hud found everone we came into contact with to be extremely courteous and helpful in the purchase of our new car. Especially our sales associate, Kia Hudson. She was so friendly and accomodating. We dealt with Jose Lopez who set up all the accessory functions for us and thoughly explained it all. In the finance dept. we saw Patrick Glavney and he was pleasant and explained all the options for financing. Overall we had an excellent experience. More

I found the remolded service area to be very comfortable. All employees were knowledgeable and courteous. Kelly was polite, knowledgeable and tried to get me the best deal possible, as for Jeremy, I did not have any interaction with him. I did have interaction with Mark in regards to financing. I was disappointed to find out after I got home that Jenkins in Leesburg had the same year make and model Santa Fe with 20,000 less miles for $3000.00 less than I paid. I went to Ocala with the impression that there were 12 Santa Fe’s on the lot and only found there to be 3 available. More
