We are very pleased with our 2011 Accent. It handles beautifully, rides comfortably and is a real beauty to look at. I worked with this dealership on buying a used truck. I signed a contract, to be called back requesting references. I brough references to be pulled in the back and told they want to renegotiate my contrac signed a contract, to be called back requesting references. Very dissapointed with the professionalism and misleading representation of their contracts by trying to get money from a person with a zero down contract. I waited long waiting periods for assistance and can't reach assistance to cancel tag to remove insurance from the tag. More
Carolyn was called out on a family Medical ER when I arrived in Ocala- I was disappointed not having the opportunity to deal with me but she set it up so that I could work with Jeff. Jeff is relatively new but with years of sales experience and very open and friendly - I wished someone could have explained to me more about the digital experience of the car's - blue tooth , odometer settings etc. Jeff was not upto-date onthis part of the car at this time. My son and to read up on in and it expalinit to me. Neverhteless, both my son and I wre very satisified with my experience. I dealt also with Sean for payment details. I did not like the fact that at first he overcharged me on something and as tired as I was I caught the mistake. When I made him aware of this mistake he stated somthing to the fact that it was only $25. I lost trust in him immediatelyl when he said this. I know it was the end of the sales day when I was purchasing my car but I put a lot of work into car shopping and hoping to get the best deal I could without feeling riped off; not to mention I drove up from FOrt Myers and would be makingthe trip back that night as well. Buying a car for me is a HUGE thing - I expect every bit of respect and honesty. I wonder if there where other things I may have over looked or was not told. Food for thought. More

They are fairly responsive to you until you agree to the deal, then they pretty much throw you out the door and it's impossible to get anyone to return my calls or emails. Most important for any dealership is that I do not feel like I've been had. Not exactly my experience with another dealership who kept insisting that the color n interior color is avialable when even the like I've been had. Kris has been honest and not pushy and very very helpful in providing all the information about the car and has been very very forthright in his promise to give a good offer for trade. The price quoted is also much better than the price from another dealership. Only drawback is that the dealership is pretty far away from where we live. More

My husband, I and our very active 2 year old, started looking for a new vehicle Thursday and drove home a new Elantra Saturday afternoon. We looked at Toyota, Chevy, Honda, Ford and Buick besides Hyunda looking for a new vehicle Thursday and drove home a new Elantra Saturday afternoon. We looked at Toyota, Chevy, Honda, Ford and Buick besides Hyundai, it was an exhausting two days of shopping. All of the dealerships were in Ocala, and to be perfectly honest, price, safety rating and features were our number one priorities. Friday night we used several web sites to compare the three vehicles we were considering. It was just a plus that this dealership was the nicest, every single employee was helpful, friendly and had the team spirit. Walking in the door was pleasant no matter who you were there to see, how refreshing. These exceptional people were kind even to our two year old, Tim the finance guy even kept his smile when his computer had buttons pushed he found put the entire system to sleep. God bless this man, he was tired, it was late and other people were waiting. Justin was also the only salesperson at all the dealerships that moved our child car seat from our car to the test drive vehilcles, what a help. It is hard to care for your child and move a car seat and my husband and I both wanted to go on the test drive. I know if we went back today, this dealership would do anything to make us happy, however we do not need to go back until our first service check in December because we are very happy. More

It was easy to see that she was a true Hyundai advocate, even though we had already made up our minds that this was the type of car we wanted for my husband and me. She went above and beyond the call of duty and stayed in contact with me throughout the purchase process. We have continued to have e-mail contact even since the purchase was finalized. I consider her to be a friend, not just a salesperson--although she definitely IS that, too. She believes in Hyundai and its products and that comes across as she talks with you. She further convinced us that it was the car for us. The day my daughter and I went to "shop" the vehicle we purchased had just been marked down by $3,000--making it within the price range I was looking for. Because of that, I was able to get a later-model vehicle than I had planned, and my husband and I have been so pleased with the vehicle! If I were in the market for another vehicle any time soon, I would surely seek out Carolyn Davis to help me--or a friend I could refer to Jenkins Hyundai of Ocala. She was just the greatest!
