What makes Jenkins different is the professionalism of their staff and the assurance that service or repairs will be done right the first time. Pete Palys, my service writer, is knowledgeable, informative, and never appears as being unconcerned or pushy when I bring my vehicle for service. Ron Thompson, the technician whom I request to perform the service or repairs on my vehicle treats my vehicle as if it his own. Even though these two employees of Jenkins Hyundai are the ones who I have the most interface with for the past four years, I suspect that my experience with them is the culture of this dealerships service department. Scheduled Oil Change I was in and out in less than an hour. Your staff is always so friendly. My only complaint at all is the "free" car wash you provide from Soapy's. I have taken advantage of this 3 times now and each time, my car was dirtier when I left there than when I drove in. I liked it much better when your service department washed my car, you did a much better job. The only reason I bring this up is if you are paying Soapy's for this service, you shouldn't be. Just wanted to let you know. Jenkin's Hyundai is fabulous, Soapy's, not so much! More
