Oil change Took car in for oil change and found out it also needed to have the door locks replaced. Disrespectful They don't hold up to what they say they will do. Get things in writing!!! I have learned my lesson. My other issue is I have called several times over last few days in regards to my tag that I never got and was just wondering what was going on. Wouldn't respond and ignored my calls. I even sent a text to the sales guy. NO RESPONSE. Finally I called and asked for manager but wouldn't say who I was. The secretary gave me the information to what I needed. Rude and disrespectful!!! They weren't like this the first time I was at the dealership but once I bought car they didn't care about anything. I wont go back nor will I recommend them to anyone. More
