Daniel took the time to put us in a car and drive us to three of site lots that Jenkins has to search for just the right car. At the final lot in the back of the last row we found it. Very rare to find a service first orientated sales staff anymore. Great job. Easy to deal with on all levels. Daniel, Barry and John were all terrific. Highly reccomend Jenkins Hyundai. Stay away from Jenkins At the beginning of this year I purchased a new elantra gt. My buying experience was not bad and I was happy with my new car. After purchasing my ve At the beginning of this year I purchased a new elantra gt. My buying experience was not bad and I was happy with my new car. After purchasing my vehicle I noticed a ticking noise coming from the motor sounding a lot like a collapsed lifter or similar. I brought it to Jenkins Hyundai Of Ocala where they told me not to worry about it because I have a good warranty and sent me on my way with the vehicle not operating properly. A few weeks later my car's power steering quit, a bunch of lights were illuminated and I had to tow the car in missing work. I told the dealer to check the ticking again because it was really bothering me. They replaced 2 lifters. I was so happy to think my car was fixed! WRONG! The ticking was still there so I got the service manager to listen to the car. He told me it was nothing to worry about and reassured me that I have a "great" warranty. At this point, I am extremely upset and try to sell the vehicle only to find out that the first person I try to sell it to says there is something wrong with the motor! Well, I am seriously questioning the quality and service of my new purchase now. I feel pretty much defeated at this point..but then I get some hope. I get told by Brent, the salesman that sold me the car, that he would try to help me out since I was extremely unhappy. He proceeded to try to sell me a car that was $10,000 more than I payed for mine and was offering me $7,000 dollars less for the vehicle I purchased less than 3 months ago that has less than 3,000 miles. After I refused his offer he tried to sell a vehicle to my wife! When I told him that she still has warranty on her 2008 Hyundai Accent his answer was "what, on only the transmission." Are you kidding me, this "great" warranty is why I purchased a Hyundai in the first place! On top of this he was extremely unprofessional and I left even more upset then ever before. So I now am stuck with a car that I cannot sell and is not operating properly. It is unbelievable to think that a new car with less than 3,000 miles is broken and Jenkin's answer is to just wait for it to leave me stranded because of my "great" warranty. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Jenkins that has had problems. And this is my first new vehicle purchase ever making the entire experience a nightmare. I cannot express how unprofessional this dealership is and how upset I am. Every time I get in my new car I am reminded why I will NEVER purchase a vehicle from Jenkins again and why I will NEVER purchase a Hyundai again...EVER! I have been completely taken advantage of and will do everything in my power to make sure this does not happen to anyone else. The economy is bad enough without greedy dealerships ripping us off. Don't walk, RUN from this dealership. You will be hearing from my lawyer Jenkins! More

Upon arriving at the dealer several members of the sales personnel were standing on main entrance and didn't responded to our greeting neither offer any assistance, after wondering around the lot for approximately 10 minutes and we were getting ready to leave the premises, we were approached by Gus Saucedo as he returned from a building next door. His personal attention, diligence and responses to our questions and concerns made a difference. In fact that was a decisive factor between us purchasing the vehicle there or moving on to other dealer. At one point, what it seems to be a manager, was shouting across the room: "Gus, did you close the deal with Ortiz?!" very inappropriate in my opinion since I was still standing there waiting for the new vehicle to be cleaned. Following the incident the actions of salesperson Gus Saucedo reassure the decision of doing business there. At the service department (to have tinted glass installed), Darrel was very attentive and service was prompt, he took the time to explain in details the work involve and overall, was a good experience. Vehicle selection in inventory, price and service was good. Just make sure you deal with the right person Just as Gus Saucedo. My top rating is given solely based on performance of Gus and Service personnel, the rest of dealer sales and managers present during our visit at Jenkins Hyundai of Ocala have work to do. More

Buying experience I had a 2013 Elantra. Came in to dealership . Approached immediately by salesman Moise Juste. Was not interested at that time in a new Hyundai un I had a 2013 Elantra. Was not interested at that time in a new Hyundai until after he explained a couple of new features in the 2014 model of the same car I had. This was primarily the back up camera and the new Bluetooth phone set up and excellent sound system. Told him I bought my last Hyundai from Matt Paulson and he contacted him and together they worked on getting me the color and explained all to me. Extremely happy with my 2014 Elantra. More
