Oil change Took car in for oil change and found out it also needed to have the door locks replaced. I was told they could do it now but it would not be finished that day. (Oil change appointment was 3:30) Keith made arrangements for me to have a rental car until my car was finished the next day. Disrespectful They don't hold up to what they say they will do. Get things in writing!!! I have learned my lesson. Not going into all the details.Once they realized they messed up they no longer would take my calls nor has finance called me back like they said they would but its all good they are paid. My other issue is I have called several times over last few days in regards to my tag that I never got and was just wondering what was going on. Wouldn't respond and ignored my calls. I even sent a text to the sales guy. NO RESPONSE. Finally I called and asked for manager but wouldn't say who I was. The secretary gave me the information to what I needed. Rude and disrespectful!!! They weren't like this the first time I was at the dealership but once I bought car they didn't care about anything. I wont go back nor will I recommend them to anyone. More

Good Experience The people here were friendly, courteous and true to their word. I was told my vehicle would be ready in 45 minutes and, by golly, didn't he call me The people here were friendly, courteous and true to their word. The waiting area was clean and well stocked with magazines and refreshments as well as WIFI and television usage. All made for a pleasant visit. More

Carolyn spent a good amout of time showing and setting up the features with my daughter. In our conversation with your Sales Manager he said you sell 300 or more cars a month.
