Making an unhappy Customer Happy My wife spent the day at Jenkins working on a deal to swap my Genesis without my knowledge that she was even at the dealership. I was gravely dissatisfied with the deal she negotiated because she concluded it without any input from me. The actual car we wanted had been sold the day before arriv We had studied the Hyundai website thoroughly and built which car and packages we desired. Nevertheless, our salesperson gave us a new car to drive and assured us that she would have one meeting our build sheet within 1-3 days. The next day she called and said she had obtained our car from a nearby dealership and we could come in and finalize our purchase whenever it fit our schedule. Everything was handle on a "NO PRESSURE, JUST OFFER" basis. More
