I won't rate my salesman, as it was his first sale. The rest of the experience was about as anyone might expect from a dealership. A buyer never knows if the eventual purchase price was in his/her favor or the dealership's. Example: I eventually took home a 2023 Santa Fe as loaner, the salesperson quoted my $43,000+. I took home it home with a chance to buy it at $34,500. I mean ... really. Bottomline: we bought a Santa Fe Calligraphy... beautiful car... both my wife and I love it. I believe in Hyundai and that is why I am a repeat customer. P.S. I was only given one key... but that issue has been acknowledged and hopefully will be resolved soon. Thanks Ed Wingham More

Extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Jenkins Hyundai. I first contacted them last Wednesday and inquired about a vehicle. I had submitted an online inquiry on their website, then later c Jenkins Hyundai. I first contacted them last Wednesday and inquired about a vehicle. I had submitted an online inquiry on their website, then later called them. I first talked to Kelly, told her what I was looking at, the fact that I was from out of town, and asked for some additional information. She said she'd get back to me. Nothing. The next day, I was contacted by someone else name Brandy, who said she was the Internet person. I had a few specific questions and really wanted to negotiate numbers since my travel window to purchase a car was fairly limited due to work, family etc. Kelly did send me some additional pictures of the vehicle like I had requested. So I am thinking, this is good, progress. Later, after not hearing back, I ended up getting a third person, Frankie, who assured me Kelly was doing the best she could do on this. It seemed like all of the involved parties were not in communication with one another, and at one point the vehicle's exact whereabouts were not known. Ultimately I sent an offer to Kelly via text, and requested to see some numbers of the vehicle. Like a proposed buyer's order or something in writing that I could work with. Like every other dealership in the country does. She insisted she was "in line" to talk to the sales manager. So another day passes, and I call them and manage to reach Kelly, who claims she is going to talk to the manager. She later calls me back and claims she just talked to the "manager" and gives me a number. A ridiculous number. No breakdown of numbers, not even a picture of a proposed buyer's order, nothing. She can't even tell me if this is an "out the door" number or not. Literally has no idea. She insists she is working to print something out and will send it to me. Well as you can imagine, crickets.... In the meantime, while waiting for Kelly (who never did call back with anything) I communicated with three other dealerships in three different cities and obtained hard out-the-door numbers for three different vehicles, to include trade valuations. All in the span of two days. I ended up going to another dealership and got the vehicle I wanted. Over the weekend, I got an automated message from Jenkins Hyundai stating the vehicle I was interested was no longer available. LOL! All Kelly or Brandy or Frankie had to do was just let me know that there was someone already working a deal on the vehicle. It's called CUSTOMER SERVICE. More
