Jenkins Hyundai of Ocala has completely blown all of my expectations, fears, concerns, and hesitations out of the water. Carolyn Davis has not only been an incredible sales representative but a genuine p expectations, fears, concerns, and hesitations out of the water. Carolyn Davis has not only been an incredible sales representative but a genuine person as well, she provided me with all the answers to the questions I had regarding my vehicle and had a sense of care and welcomeness that you just can't buy. She is a highly sought after individual by her customers and there's good reason for it to. She treats you like a human being, a person, and not a price tag. Her awareness, concern, and care for ALL of her customers is simply unmatched. Matt. V in finance was an absolute charm, he guided me through every piece of paperwork and was patient and open with me regarding any questions I had. He never pressured me into any warranties and he too provided a sense of calmness and care that almost seems alien to find in car dealerships. Finally, Jose was excellent and helpful when finishing up getting me into my new car. Walking me through the features and diligently answering any of the questions I had. Our 2021 Kona experienced engine failure July 2023. We towed our Kona to their location due to needing a loaner car /rental to allow transportation to work. Upon arrival it was a fight to receive a loa We towed our Kona to their location due to needing a loaner car /rental to allow transportation to work. Upon arrival it was a fight to receive a loaner vehicle dispute our “client service representative” Courtney Winters stating the work would typically take a month to complete. Communication was limited if not nonexistent regarding the process or progress of the repair. We were notified the vehicle would be complete the week of August 28th. After numerous calls, voicemails, messages sent, and spending three hours on hold to be hung up on to restart the process Courtney Winters stated “the car would need a new battery costing $300”. Saturday Courtney stated the car would be complete Tuesday September 5th if they could find where the newly replaced engine was leaking coolant. Today we made the hour and 45 minute drive to the dealer after Courtney confirmed they fixed the leaking coolant issue, test drove the vehicle, and it received their seal of approval for us to retake possession. We drove less than 10 miles from their location before the “ENGINE FAILURE” alarms started. Naturally the vehicle was turned around to be returned to the dealer. It is now sitting leaking the remainder of coolant across their service station. Due to the displeasure of dealing your your dealership/repair center and their disgustingly poor customer service and sheer inability to do their jobs effectively I will contacting the better business bureau, However if i see a response by the end of today with the answer I deserve as one of your customers I will give you 10 days to rectify your disservice to me and my family, If not then i will write them and send them all our correspondence with dates of many duplicate repairs with a full written report of this absolutely disgusting experience with your company. More

I believe a few minutes should be spent at the end, before taking possession of the car, particularly if there is financing involved. I am not very clear as to what I ended up paying for the car once I before taking possession of the car, particularly if there is financing involved. I am not very clear as to what I ended up paying for the car once I pay the balance in 30 days. This reflects in my rating of the salesman and the sales manager, although, Jeremy did offer to meet with me at anytime to explain in person. This could have been avoided if the explanation would have been done at the time of purchase. With the trade, I was told something from Erin that was not entirely true. More
