Oil change I did not have a good experience this time or any other time I have been to Jenkins. This time my car has been making a lot of nice when you step on I did not have a good experience this time or any other time I have been to Jenkins. This time my car has been making a lot of nice when you step on the gas. It was fine when I took it in for an oil change. Did I go back, no, because they would have told me they didn't do anything other than change the oil and filter. But why then is there less pick up and more noise than when I took it in. I will only go back to Jenkins to have my mileage confirmed so I can receive the Visa card. They have lost a loyal customer. Two years ago I went in because the "service engine" light was on and was told it was just a computer problem and they charged $125.00 to reset the computer. The care lost power but I have lived with it not it has lost more power! Would I recommend the service department NO NO NO! More
I don't feel like I got a good deal. The prices quoted at the sales desk,were not the prices written on the sales contract. They told me the price of the car I was purchasing was $15999.,when written up as $16896. I was told that all dealers charge The $899. dealer prep fee. When I know for a fact that Hyundai of central Florida ,for one does not. The dealer prep fee was already included in the price of the car. They added it again,when they wrote up the sales contract. And when I got home the window sticker price sheet was not included in the paperwork. Just overall a bad experience. More

telephone service is really bad When trying to make appointment I was left hanging for 12 minutes. I had to hang up and re dial. Very expensive and still waiting for recall parts. We've purchased several Hyundai vehicles from you in the past, but found a much better deal on our last purchase at Deland Hyundai. We have usually provided our own financing through our bank. More
