Mostly positive experience A+ for mostly everything except for sales people coming over (even calling after I said no) to try to talk me into buying before I am ready. 05/24/2018 I always have enjoyed my service appointments. But I don't like salesmen bugging me. When I'm ready to get a different vehicle I will take steps to I always have enjoyed my service appointments. But I don't like salesmen bugging me. When I'm ready to get a different vehicle I will take steps to do so. That's how I am. Also this is the first time I could not used coupons. Yes it was expired but I never get the coupons when I need them. I know the computer can generate coupons to coincide with the next service needed for the vehicle. Also when I scheduled appointment I requested Keith and that's who I was told but when I arrived he was on vacation. You are getting away from the perdonnel service I always enjoyed and commented on. More
