Finally after months of worry my vehicle was fixed. My vehicle had an issue with the air conditioner cooling and I put a claim in with the company after discussing with your service department. She was to get back with me last fall and never did. So when I brought my vehicle in for oil change my service person Keith was super nice and efficient. He told me that there was a repair as of February and no one had contacted me. My vehicle was repaired but I'm still very upset with the lack of service follow up from this dealership. This is my second vehicle and I hope not my last but it is possible. Your people that should be taking care of these issue do not. Hope you get this fixed. Thanks to Keith my vehicle will hopefully run the way it is suppose to. It is only a 2017. Take care. Annette Abernathy More

To long of a wait I went in on a Saturday morning for an oil change and for them to check a few other things out. They changed my oil and checked everything else out. That part was fine but then when it came to me getting my car back I waited 10 minutes for someone to go grab my car and no one came to get my keys and bring me my car. I had my 2 young children with me so you can only imagine how much of a pain that was I eventually just walked out to the parking lot to get my car. More
