WORST EXPERIENCE EVER I came to look at trading for a newer Sonata and maybe leasing another AFTER WE FIRST DISCUSS TRADING IN THE 1ST ONE. Cedric who seen us. Left to meet I came to look at trading for a newer Sonata and maybe leasing another AFTER WE FIRST DISCUSS TRADING IN THE 1ST ONE. Cedric who seen us. Left to meet with another buyer, in that time we had to leave, my cousin had to get to work, Cedric was nowhere to be found, he had our keys, i had to end up giving my keys to my cousin so he wont be late for work and wait while they get ahold of Cedric. In that mean time i noticed MY car, the 2nd car was moved. Nobody knows who moved it....really, if it wasnt for my cousin saying wheres my car i would've been walking around for my car!!! Finally Cedric returns with the customer he left with. Claims we was looking at a car, bt he left us in a office!! I asked why was my car moved when we only discussed the first car so far as a trade in, i was told they test drove it, really? Like why when we was talking about trading in the '12 Sonata we haven't even talked about leasing for the '14 Sonata!!!. ILL NEVER GO BACK TO THEM, ILL RATHER TAKE MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!! More

They don't address all issues they are supposed to. I have brought my car in a few times now to fix an issue with my brake light randomly not working. Each time they have told me the problem was fixed, I have brought my car in a few times now to fix an issue with my brake light randomly not working. Bad Service 2017 Ioniq brought in for its first service at 7500 miles. The manufacturers recommended servicing was NOT followed. The vehicle received an oil cha 2017 Ioniq brought in for its first service at 7500 miles. The manufacturers recommended servicing was NOT followed. The vehicle received an oil change only. It was due for tire rotation, full inspection, and more. Looking at the work report, tire pressures not checked, unercarage not checked, inspection of outer vehicle not checked. The vehicle received scratch to the door handle while being serviced, to which I had to press the issue for them to fix and have painted. Almost 1.5 hours for an “Express Service” which was just an oil change. Had an appointment and drove from Gainesville. More
