After completing the form, I received a call from Jenkins Hyundai saying I was approved and all I had to do was come in and select my vehicle. I was skeptical at first but said why not. I arrived at my scheduled appt time and asked for Megan and was greeted with a smile. We went to her desk and she made the process easy. While all the paperwork was being processed to make sure everything was in order, she asked what color car would I prefer. I told her blue was my favorite color. Next thing I know she came back with a key and said let's go for a test drive. There was a blue 2018 Hyundai Elantra sitting outside, we test drove it, I like the feel of the vehicle and it only had 11 miles on it. She told me this would be my car and I was still in shock. I had a trade which was a 2003 Ford Expedition, Eddie Bauer with 192,000 miles. They took my trade with no hesitation. I must say that my whole experience was great, the staff was very friendly and Megan went above and beyond to make this happen for me. I greatly appreciate all involved. Thank you!!!! More

I appreciate the positive attitude from everyone and can't say enough of all the assistance from Megan ! She stayed and worked with up to the very end even waiting for my car to return from detail ... she helped me transfer items from the Tucson to the new Santa Fe..... went over all of the cars operation with me.... hard working young lady as well as Miss Pistone in Sales. Being in Sales myself , I can say they are both very professional and personable and great faces to have in front of the customer ! More
